There will always be a couple of traditional roast dinners on the menu.

Homemade soup of the day
Avocado and watercress salad, pear and walnut dressing (v)
Duck and orange pate, red onion marmalade, toasted ciabatta
Traditional smoked salmon, brown bread and butter, shallot and caper dressing

Roast topside of beef, with Yorkshire pudding and stock gravy

Oven baked salmon, lemon and parsley scented crust
Char breast of chicken and mild Dijon mustard sauce
Roasted red pepper and sweet pea risotto, watercress sauce

10oz Rib eye steak, hand cut chips, tomato and mushroom (supplement £5.00)
