Pressed terrine of Confit duck, spiced pear puree and crip chinese pastry
The Main Event
Pan fried chicken breast, bubble and squeak, crispy ham and whole grain mustard veloute
Pauppiette of seabass fillet, stuffed with fennel and red pepper with roasted new potatoes and sun blushed tomato cream
Pan fried sirloin steak, roasted garlic mash, asparagus spears and red wine reduction
Baked sweet potato, red peppers and goats cheese, warm sun blushed tomatoes and spinach salad (v)
