Exclusive to the Ramada Plaza Southport is complimentary use of all facilities at Victoria Health and Leisure which is located just opposite our main entrance. Facilities within Victoria Health and Leisure include:

- Three swimming pools:
- An adult only pool
- A family pool
- A learner pool (with a Hydrotherapy Whirlpool)
- A main 5000sq ft gym
- With a TV/Hi Fi to headphones
- Personal induction and training
- A separate ladies only gym
- Two glass backed squash courts
- A poolside sauna
- A poolside steam-room
- A second sauna
- A second steam-room
- Two fitness studios - full range of classes
- A family changing area

To make use of all the facilities, Ramada Plaza Southport guests simply show their room card and then relax and enjoy the facilities. There is no need to pre-register and the Victoria Health and Leisure is open at the following times:

- Monday-Friday        6.15am- 10.00pm
- Saturday                 9.00am - 7.00pm
- Sunday                   9.00am - 6.00pm

Please note that the club facilities close 15 minutes prior to times listed above, to allow time for showers and changing.
