The Ramada Plaza Southport is situated on the doorstep of the Southport Theatre and Convention Centre, which is one of the biggest meeting and conference centres in England. It seats up to 6,000 people, but it can also accommodate 250-700 people for smaller conferences.

The Ramada Plaza Southport hotel itself has three purpose built meeting and conference rooms available. These can be hired on a day delegate, 24 hour delegate or room hire basis.
These meeting rooms are very spacious and can be used for a vide variety of different functions, including business meetings, family reunions, birthday parties, banquets and many other kinds of group functions.
Charity events, associations, anniversaries and funerals can also be organised at the hotel. Additionally, buffet menus are available for people who use these rooms.
A day delegate rate (8 hour) includes three servings of tea and coffee, with a danish pastry provided on arrival, as well as mid-morning muffins and cake in the afternoon.
It includes the option of choosing from a working buffet lunch, lunch in the Ramada Plaza Southport Hotel restaurant or a sandwich style lunch, depending on the budget.
The 24 hour delegate rate includes all of this, plus dinner in the restaurant, overnight accommodation in Southport at the hotel, and you can pick what you like from the hotel's breakfast menu.
